Upload & parse a resume
Import your existing resume so WizJob AI can read it, structure it, and use it across the platform.
If you already have a resume, the fastest way to get going is to upload it. WizJob AI parses the file, extracts your experience, skills, and education into structured fields, and makes it available to your WizBots and the Resume Builder.
Open the Resume Builder
Go to Resumes and choose Upload resume.
Select your file
Upload a PDF or DOCX. WizJob AI reads the document and pulls out your details automatically.
Review the parsed result
Check the extracted sections — contact info, work history, skills, education — and fix anything the parser misread.
Save
Save the resume. It's now ready to attach to a WizBot or refine with a template.
Cleaner files parse better
Standard, single-column resumes parse most accurately. Heavy graphics, tables, or unusual layouts can confuse any parser — if something comes through wrong, just correct it in the review step.
