Create your first WizBot

A WizBot is a saved job-search agent. It carries a set of targeting rules and a resume, and it works continuously in the background — scanning boards, matching roles, submitting applications, and following up with recruiters. You can run one bot or several, each aimed at a different kind of role.

   Open the WizBot builder

   From your dashboard, click New WizBot. Each bot is independent, so you can safely experiment.

   Name your bot

   Use a name that describes its focus — 'Product Manager – Fintech' or 'Backend – Remote Only'. This makes multiple bots easy to tell apart in your activity log.

   Set the target role

   Enter the job title you're aiming for. WizBot matches against real listings, so common, specific titles work best.

   Set your minimum salary and job type

   Define a salary floor so the bot skips underpaid roles, and pick the job types you'll accept — full-time, contract, remote, hybrid, or on-site.

   Attach a resume

   Choose which resume the bot submits. You can assign a template tailored to this role for better ATS results.

   Exclude companies (optional)

   Add your current employer or any companies you don't want to apply to. The bot will never touch them.

   Launch the bot

   Start it. WizBot begins scanning immediately and logs every scanned job and submitted application.
