Delete your data
Export or permanently remove your WizJob AI data, and understand what deletion means.
Your data is yours. Whether you've landed a role and are wrapping up, or you simply want to leave, WizJob AI lets you remove your information. This guide explains what to expect.
Before you delete
- Download any resumes you want to keep — export them to PDF or DOCX first.
- Note anything from your Tracker you'd like a record of, since deletion is permanent.
- Consider pausing your bots and canceling billing instead, if you might return later.
How to delete
Open account settings
Go to Settings → Account (Security & privacy).
Choose delete
Select the option to delete your account and data.
Confirm
Confirm the request. This stops your bots and removes your data.
Deletion is permanent
Once your data is deleted it can't be recovered. If you're unsure, pause your bots and cancel billing instead — your account and history stay put until you decide.
