WizBot & Auto-Apply

Pausing or retiring a bot

Pause a WizBot temporarily or retire it for good — and what happens to your data either way.

You're in control of when your bots run. Whether you're heading into a final-round interview, taking a break, or wrapping up a successful search, you can stop a bot instantly and restart it whenever you like.

Pause a bot

  1. Open the bot

Select the WizBot you want to pause from your dashboard.

  2. Click Pause

The bot immediately stops scanning and applying. It keeps all of its settings, its resume, and its full activity history.

  3. Resume when ready

Click Resume to pick up exactly where it left off. Nothing is lost during a pause.

Got an offer?

Pause all active bots with a click so you stop applying the moment you're ready to sign — while keeping every record in your Tracker.

Retire a bot

When a search is truly finished, you can retire (delete) a bot. Its historical applications remain in your Tracker so your analytics stay intact, but the bot itself stops existing and no longer counts against your active-bot limit. If you only think you're done, pause instead — retiring can't be undone.
