Reading the activity log & performance
Understand everything your WizBot does — scanned jobs, submitted applications, follow-ups, and results.
The activity log is your bot's transparent record. Every action it takes is written here in order, so you always know exactly what happened and why. Nothing is hidden — if a bot applied to a role or emailed a recruiter, you'll see it.
What's in the log
- Scanned jobs — listings the bot found and evaluated against your targeting.
- Submitted applications — roles it actually applied to, with company, title, and timestamp.
- Follow-ups sent — the personalized recruiter messages it dispatched.
- Skips — roles it passed on, and the reason (below salary floor, excluded company, wrong job type).
Reading performance
Beyond the raw log, per-bot performance shows how a bot is doing at a glance: how many applications it has submitted, the response rate those applications are getting, and how that trends over time. If one bot's response rate is much higher than another's, its targeting and resume pairing is working — copy that formula.
Use skips as a tuning signal
A long list of skips for 'below salary floor' or 'wrong job type' tells you your targeting may be too strict. A flood of applications to off-target roles tells you it's too loose. The log is your feedback loop.
