Connect LinkedIn, Greenhouse & Lever and verify your auto-apply coverage
Link the major job boards with secure OAuth, then confirm your WizBots are actually reaching them.
WizJob works across the major job boards and applicant systems, and connecting your accounts lets WizBots scan and apply more smoothly. This guide walks you through linking LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and Lever with secure OAuth, then — the part most people skip — verifying that your bots are genuinely reaching those boards. It's for anyone who wants to be sure their auto-apply coverage is as wide as it should be, rather than assuming it is. Expect about ten minutes.
What you'll need
Active accounts on the boards you want to connect (LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Lever, and optionally Wellfound, Indeed, Workday, or Glassdoor), and at least one running WizBot so you can verify coverage in the activity log afterwards.
Connect and verify
Open Integrations
Go to Settings → Integrations to see every platform you can connect. Each one shows its current status so you know at a glance what's already linked.
Connect LinkedIn
Click Connect next to LinkedIn. You're taken to LinkedIn's own secure sign-in — approve the permission request there. WizJob never sees your LinkedIn password; it receives only the access you grant.
Connect Greenhouse and Lever
Repeat the same OAuth flow for Greenhouse and Lever. Each connection returns you to WizJob and flips to a connected state once approved.
Confirm each connection shows as linked
Back on the Integrations page, check that LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and Lever all read as connected. Anything still showing 'Connect' hasn't completed — run its flow again.
Give your bot a scan cycle
Make sure a WizBot is active and let it run for a little while so it has time to scan the newly connected boards.
Verify coverage in the activity log
Open the activity log and look at where scanned jobs and submitted applications are coming from. Seeing entries sourced from LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and Lever confirms your coverage is live and working end to end.
Secure by design
Every connection uses OAuth, the same standard behind 'Sign in with Google'. You grant specific access, your password stays with the provider, and you can revoke any connection at any time from Settings → Integrations.
Troubleshooting
- A connection didn't complete — you may have closed the provider window before approving. Reopen Integrations and run the Connect flow again to the end.
- The log shows no activity from a board — confirm the integration reads as connected and that a bot is active, then allow more time for a full scan cycle.
- You want to remove access — revoke the connection from Settings → Integrations; the board immediately stops being used.
- A board isn't listed — WizJob covers the major platforms; for anything not shown, the browser extension lets you apply on that site by hand.
Next steps
- Connect LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Lever & Wellfound — the full integrations reference.
- Install & configure the browser extension for off-platform applications — cover the sites your bots don't reach.
- Reading the activity log & performance — read exactly what your bots are doing across every board.
- Diagnose and fix a low response rate using your analytics — once coverage is wide, focus on conversion.
