Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WizJobAI and its licensors.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of WizJobAI. This includes our proprietary AI matching algorithms and automated interaction models.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall WizJobAI, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.
We do not guarantee that the use of our automated tools will result in job offers or interviews. All employment decisions remain with the respective third-party employers.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
