Running multiple bots
Run several WizBots at once to cover different roles, locations, or seniority levels in parallel.
You're rarely a fit for only one kind of role. Running multiple WizBots lets you pursue several distinct searches at once, each with its own targeting and resume, without them stepping on each other. This is the most effective way to broaden your search while keeping every stream clean and measurable.
When to split into multiple bots
- Different titles — e.g. one bot for 'Frontend Engineer' and another for 'Full-Stack Engineer'.
- Different work styles — a remote-only bot and a separate hybrid bot for your city.
- Different seniority — a 'Senior' bot with a higher salary floor and a 'Staff/Lead' bot.
- Different resumes — pair a role-specific resume template with each bot for stronger ATS matching.
How it works in practice
Create each bot separately
Build a distinct bot per search and give each a descriptive name so they're easy to tell apart.
Assign the right resume
Attach the resume best tailored to that role. Two bots can use two different resumes.
Run them in parallel
All active bots scan and apply simultaneously. Each writes to the same activity log, tagged by bot.
Compare performance
Use per-bot analytics in the Tracker to see which searches produce the most responses, then double down on what's working.
Plan limits
The number of bots you can run at once depends on your plan. Free supports getting started, while Pro and Power User unlock more concurrent bots. See Plans & limits for details.
