Upgrade, downgrade & cancel
Change your WizJob AI plan at any time, and know what happens to your bots and data when you do.
Your plan should match your search, and your search changes over time. You can move between plans whenever you need to — ramp up during an active push, ease down when things quiet, or cancel when you've landed the offer.
Open billing settings
Go to Settings → Billing to see your current plan and options.
Choose your change
Select Upgrade to move to a higher tier, Downgrade to a lower one, or Cancel to end your subscription.
Confirm
Review the change and confirm. Upgrades take effect right away so you get the extra capacity immediately.
What happens to your data
- Downgrading or canceling keeps your account, resumes, and history — you don't lose your data.
- If a lower plan supports fewer active bots than you're running, you'll simply need to pause some to fit the new limit.
- Canceling stops future billing; you keep access through the end of your current period.
Landed a job?
Pause your bots first so you stop applying immediately, then cancel or downgrade at your leisure. Your Tracker history stays intact either way.
