Assigning a resume to a bot
Connect the right resume to each WizBot so every application uses your strongest, most relevant version.
Each WizBot submits a specific resume with every application. Pairing the right resume to the right bot is what makes automated applications feel tailored rather than generic — the bot targeting fintech PM roles can carry a fintech-tuned resume, while your remote-engineering bot carries a different one.
Open a WizBot
Select the bot you want to configure, or do this while creating a new one.
Find the resume setting
In the bot's targeting settings, locate the attached resume field.
Choose a resume
Pick the resume best suited to that bot's target role — ideally one tailored to the kind of job it's applying to.
Save
Save the bot. From now on, every application it submits uses that resume.
One resume per bot, many bots per search
If you want to test two resumes for the same kind of role, run two bots with identical targeting but different resumes, then compare their response rates in the Tracker.
