It's been a busy quarter. We spent it on the parts of the job search that cause the most stress — interviewing under pressure, following up without dropping the ball, and understanding whether your search is actually working. Here's a tour of what's new, and how to put each piece to use.
Real-Time Interview Mode
The headline feature this quarter is Real-Time Interview Mode. Quiz and voice practice are great for coverage and delivery, but real interviews have a rhythm you can't rehearse in isolation — the follow-up questions, the pace, the need to think on your feet without a script. Real-Time Mode simulates exactly that: a live, moving conversation that doesn't wait for you to draft the perfect sentence.
- A live back-and-forth that keeps momentum, so you practice composure instead of memorization.
- AI scoring and feedback after each session on structure, relevance, and clarity.
- Works alongside quiz and voice modes, so you can move from learning the material to performing it under pressure.
The point of Real-Time Mode isn't to trick you into thinking it's a human. It's to make the real interview feel familiar — so the questions land as "I've done this before," not "I've never said this out loud."
Smarter recruiter follow-ups
We improved the personalized recruiter follow-ups WizBot sends on your behalf. They're more specific to each role and better timed, so the note that nudges you to the top of a recruiter's inbox actually reads like it was written for that job — because it was. Follow-ups remain fully visible in your activity log, so you always know who was contacted and when.
Deeper tracker analytics
Your applications are auto-logged, and this quarter we made the analytics on top of them a lot more useful. The tracker now gives you a clearer read on how your search is actually performing:
- Response and interview rates, so you can see conversion at a glance instead of guessing.
- Trends over time, to tell a good week from a real pattern.
- Top companies and sources, so you know where your responses are coming from.
- Per-bot performance, so if you're running multiple bots you can see which targeting is working.
That last point matters if you run more than one search at a time. Per-bot analytics make it obvious which configuration — which role, salary floor, or set of sources — is producing results, so you can double down on what works and retire what doesn't.
More control over your bots
We continued sharpening the core auto-apply controls based on how people actually use them:
- Run multiple bots in parallel — for example, one tuned to a stretch role and one to a safe bet.
- Excluded-companies lists so a bot never applies where you don't want it to.
- Pause any bot instantly and resume when you're ready — full stop-and-go control.
- A cleaner activity log that makes it easy to scan exactly what each bot has done and when.
Resume Builder refinements
The AI Resume Builder got quality-of-life upgrades too. Generating a resume tailored to a specific job description is smoother, the Modern, Minimal, and Creative templates got polish, and PDF and DOCX exports stay clean and ATS-friendly. You can still upload and parse an existing resume, then assign the result directly to a bot so your applications go out with the right document attached.
Under the hood: security
Less visible but just as important, we kept investing in the security fundamentals that protect your account and data — JWT-based sessions, OAuth sign-in with Google and LinkedIn, two-factor authentication with TOTP, and encryption. None of it changes your day-to-day, and that's the point: it should just quietly work.
What's next
We're going to keep pushing on the same theme: take the repetitive, draining parts of the job search off your plate, and sharpen the moments that actually decide the outcome. Thanks to everyone who sent feedback this quarter — a lot of what shipped came straight from it.
